Delete Your Account
Pour Decisions — Last updated September 16, 2026
You can permanently delete your Pour Decisions account and the data associated with it at any time. You do not need to have the app installed to do this.
Option 1: In the app
Open Pour Decisions, go to Profile, sign in if you are not already, and tap Delete Account. Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2: By email, without the app
Email support@pourdecisions.deals with the subject “Delete my account”. Send it from the email address you signed up with, so we can confirm the account is yours. If you no longer have access to that address, say so in your message and we will reply to it to verify the request before deleting anything.
We reply within 2 business days, and complete the deletion within 7 days of confirming the request. We will email you when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your login and your email address
- Your account identifier
- Every venue submission you made, including the coordinates stored with each one
- Every photo you submitted, including our processed copies and thumbnails
- Feature requests you sent us and reports you made about venues or photos
What is kept, and for how long
- Published happy hour details. Times and deals already read from your photos and listed on a venue’s page stay on that venue’s public listing. They describe the venue, not you, and are not linked to your account.
- App usage analytics. Unlinked from your account and kept only in anonymous form, for up to 13 months.
- Server logs. Kept for up to 30 days, then deleted automatically.
- Crash reports. Kept for up to 90 days, then deleted automatically. They contain your anonymous account identifier but no name, email address, or precise location.
- Our audit record. We keep a record that an account was deleted and when. It does not contain your email address or anything you submitted.
- Advertising data. Information Google AdMob collected to serve ads is held by Google under its own policies, and is not stored by us. You can reset your advertising identifier in your device settings.
See our Privacy Policy for the full description of what we collect, or Support for other questions.
