By downloading or using Pour Decisions ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Pour Decisions is a mobile application for discovering and crowdsourcing happy hour deals at bars and restaurants. You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use the App. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts

You may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User-Submitted Content

The App allows you to submit photos of happy hour menus, signs, and related materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

Represent that you have the right to share the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
Grant Pour Decisions a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
Understand that your submissions may be visible to other users of the App.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is inappropriate.

4. Third-Party Content and Services

The App displays maps and venue data provided by Google Maps and Google Places. Your use of these features is subject to Google's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data.

Happy hour information in the App is sourced from user submissions and automated discovery. We do not guarantee that any information is current, accurate, or complete. Always confirm deals directly with the venue.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or malicious content.
Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others.
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App or its infrastructure.
Use automated means to access or submit content to the App without our written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App, including its design, code, and branding, are owned by Pour Decisions. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the information it contains will be accurate or up to date. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pour Decisions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
